International Night
The Univerity of West Georgia, Georgia just hosted an International Night thanks to the assistance of the International Club and the students. About 35 countries represented by their students paricipated in the cooking session. Faculty members, students and the community of Carrollton got a taste of the diversity culture in the world through the respective countries’ food. There was an estimate of about 300 people that attended this event besides the involved participants. Overall, it was a successful event and the students had an opportunity to show their fellow American peers what they eat when they are home and how it definitely taste better than the pizza, mac & cheese and not forgetting burgers that we eat everyday. After the food tasting session, the crowd adjourned to the bottom level of the Z for the entertainment section of the night.
Representatives of Asia.
Representatives of Europe.
The Master of Ceremonies of the Night.
The Fashion Show participants.
Malaysia’s Yee Sang Session!
The working crew. Both Americans and non-Americans. Who said we cannot live in harmony together ?
